There is nothing better than to start a day by gaining some knowledge.

So we have started a series called #didyouaddvegetables. Today we talk about sweet potato and what we at #snaximum made of it.

Sweet potatoes are high in Vitamin B6, which reduces chances of many degenerative problems in the body

They are a good source of Vitamin C, which is good for cold and flu but it also aids digestion, blood cell formation and bone and teeth formation. They are a good source of Vitamin D.

Great for keeping up energy levels along with helping build bones teeth, heart, skin and nerves.

Also it is important awesome for keeping up our immune system. They contains iron, that reduces stress, raises immunity and energy levels They contain magnesium and potassium. These minerals reduce stress, regulate heartbeat and nerve signals.

So we @snaximum decided to make some baked chips out of it as part of our #twistintraditional. We added a twist of magic spice.
